We aim to provide strong community based centres where education, as well as care for these children is a priority.
All these centres serve as pre-schools and are funded by Comic Relief for the educators and for feeding.
Children receive breakfast, snacks and lunch daily.
Our Home Based Care projects work closely with the schools. Many of the children are HIV positive and are on ARV treatment, and without these ECD centres, many would not be able to attend pre-school because of extreme poverty.
